How we price
Every engagement receives a fixed written quote before work begins. Fees depend on assortment size, number of warehouse locations, data quality, and whether on-site visits are required. The ranges below reflect typical scopes; your quote may fall above or below depending on complexity.
Consultation fees
Demand Planning Diagnostic & Roadmap
From NT$185,000
Includes top-50 SKU analysis, on-site warehouse half-day, velocity tier assignment, reorder trigger draft, and four-week roadmap delivery. Assortments above 2,000 active SKUs or multiple warehouse sites are quoted individually.
Inventory Position Review
From NT$72,000
Focused stock health snapshot for quarter-end or pre-negotiation timing. Optional half-day warehouse visit adds approximately NT$18,000 for sites within 80 km of Taoyuan.
Seasonal Forecast Workshop
From NT$48,000
Half-day facilitated session for up to six participants, plus written calendar delivered within three business days. Additional participants beyond six: NT$4,000 per person.
Replenishment Cadence Design
From NT$95,000
Two-week engagement including document delivery and one 90-minute training session. Requires existing velocity tiers or prior diagnostic.
Retainer option
Some clients retain us for quarterly inventory position reviews at NT$28,000 per quarter, including one remote review and a 60-minute readout call. On-site visits are billed separately.
What affects your quote
- SKU count. Larger assortments require more analysis time.
- Data exports. Clean shipment-by-SKU data reduces effort; manual spreadsheet consolidation increases it.
- Travel. On-site work beyond 80 km from Taoyuan incurs travel at cost plus NT$6,000 per travel day.
- Urgency. Engagements needed within two weeks of enquiry may carry a 15% rush fee if calendar allows.
Payment terms
- 50% deposit on engagement confirmation
- 50% on delivery of final document or completion of workshop
- Invoices payable within 14 days by bank transfer
- All fees quoted in New Taiwan Dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing
Not included in any fee
Software licences, ERP consulting, supplier negotiation, customs brokerage, or ongoing PO placement unless covered by a separate written agreement.
