Refund Policy

Overview

Datagrid Base Advisory provides professional consultancy services, not physical products. This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for paid engagements.

Deposit and payment structure

• 50% deposit due on engagement confirmation
• 50% balance due on delivery of final deliverables or completion of agreed workshop
• Invoices payable within 14 days by bank transfer

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if:

• We cancel the engagement before work begins
• We are unable to commence work within 30 days of the agreed start date for reasons within our control

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@datagridbase.click.

Partial refunds

If you cancel after work has begun but before final delivery:

• Before data analysis commences: deposit refunded minus NT$8,000 administrative fee
• After analysis begins but before on-site visit: up to 50% of deposit refunded, reflecting work completed
• After on-site visit or workshop delivery: no refund of deposit; balance invoice adjusted only if deliverables were not provided as scoped

Non-refundable items

• Work already completed and delivered (written reports, calendars, training sessions conducted)
• Travel expenses already incurred for on-site visits
• Rush fees where work proceeded on an accelerated timeline at your request

Cancellation by client

Notify us in writing as early as possible. Cancellation effective date is the date we acknowledge your notice. Refund amounts follow the partial refund schedule above.

Rescheduling

• Workshop or on-site visit: one free reschedule with at least 10 business days’ notice
• Second reschedule or less than 10 days’ notice: NT$6,000 rescheduling fee
• Diagnostic timeline: start date may shift by mutual agreement without fee if data intake is delayed on either side

No-shows

If your team is unavailable for a scheduled on-site visit or workshop without notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund applies. We will offer one rescheduled date subject to the rescheduling fee above.

Dissatisfaction with deliverables

If you believe deliverables do not match the agreed scope in your written quote, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will review against the engagement letter and, where scope was not met, revise deliverables at no additional charge or offer a partial refund proportional to deficient scope. Subjective disagreement with recommendations that were delivered as scoped is not grounds for refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds are made in New Taiwan Dollars.

Retainer engagements

Quarterly retainer fees are non-refundable once the quarter has begun. Unused review sessions do not roll forward unless agreed in writing before the quarter starts.
